These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AZ Sport website at azsport.io (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms of Use apply to use of the Site only. Any booking or purchase of tickets, hospitality packages or related services is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are available on the Site and will be provided before any booking is confirmed.

1.1 The Site is operated by Alpha Zulu Limited, trading as AZ Sport, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 11553138 (“AZ Sport”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at info@azsport.io.
2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE
2.1 The Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. It describes the products and services that AZ Sport offers, including event tickets and official hospitality packages, and allows you to submit an enquiry for further information.
2.2 Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. All products and services described on the Site are subject to availability and to the issue of a Booking Confirmation under our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any prices, package contents, event details or availability indications shown on the Site are indicative only and may change without notice.
2.3 The Site does not provide user accounts, and no registration or sign-up facility is offered. Content on the Site is not advice of any kind and should not be relied upon as such.
3. ENQUIRIES
3.1 Where you submit an enquiry through the Site, you are requesting information only. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract between you and AZ Sport, and does not oblige AZ Sport to respond to, accept or fulfil any request.
3.2 You confirm that any information you submit through the Site is accurate, that it relates to you (or that you have authority to provide it), and that you are at least 18 years of age.
3.3 Personal data submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

You may view, download and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution or use of Site content requires our prior written consent.
5.2 The names, marks and branding of event organisers, rights holders, official hospitality providers and other third parties referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use them, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied beyond any appointment expressly stated.
6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
6.1 We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that Site content is complete, accurate or current at any given time. Event details, including dates, venues, formats and participants, are set by third parties and may change. We are under no obligation to update Site content.
7. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
7.1 The Site is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or amend the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
